Terms of Service for GotoVPN

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GotoVPN application and related services (“Service”), operated by Go to Network Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using GotoVPN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

To use GotoVPN, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
You are responsible for your use of the Service.

2. Account Registration

To access GotoVPN, users must create an account using:

A username
A password

We do not collect email addresses or personal information.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Because we do not collect email addresses, password recovery is not available.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription payments and billing are processed exclusively by:

Apple App Store
Google Play Store

All refunds, renewals, cancellations, and payment issues must be handled through the respective app store and are subject to their policies.

We do not collect or store credit card or billing information.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to use the Service for activities that are unlawful, harmful, abusive, or disruptive, including but not limited to:

Distributing malware or harmful software
Attempting unauthorized access to systems or networks
Fraudulent or deceptive activities
Sending spam or harmful communications
Violating intellectual property rights
Any action that interferes with or disrupts the Service

Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.

5. No-Log Commitment

GotoVPN operates under a strict no-log policy.
We do not collect or store:

Browsing activity
Connection logs
IP addresses
Traffic data
Online usage patterns

The only data associated with your account is:

Username
Password
Device ID (for subscription verification)

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide stable and secure VPN service, but we cannot guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
That the Service will meet all user expectations
Protection against all potential security threats

The Service may be suspended temporarily for maintenance or technical issues.

7. Account Termination

Users may delete their account at any time through the in-app account deletion feature.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Upon account deletion, associated data will be removed in accordance with our retention policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We make no warranties of any kind regarding:

Reliability
Security
Performance
Compatibility

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go to Network Limited shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data
Loss of profits
Service interruptions
Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 1 month.

This limitation is compliant with Apple App Store requirements and provides legal protection for the company.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, and materials related to GotoVPN are the property of Go to Network Limited. Users may not:

Copy
Modify
Distribute
Reverse engineer
Resell

any part of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users within the app.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
